Az ARES teljes magassága alacsony, alacsonyabb, mint a legtöbb CMM a piacon, és alacsony keresztmetszetű állvánnyal is kaphatók, hogy további 100 mm-rel csökkentsék a teljes magasságot.

Ez a tulajdonság az Ares-t ideális megoldássá teszi az alacsony belmagasságú kontrolllaboratóriumok számára.

Az ARES CMM-ek kézi vagy CNC-konfigurációban szállíthatók, azzal a lehetőséggel, hogy a kézi egységet később teljes CNC-verzióra frissítsék.

Két teljesítményszint áll rendelkezésre:

  • ARES: szabványos alkalmazásokhoz
  • ARES NT: magasabb követelmények melletti teljesítményhez. Az ARES NT szilícium-karbid Z-tengelyű oszloppal rendelkezik, amely növeli a mérőplatform általános merevségét. Ez a kiváló CMM rendszer a nagy pontosságú metrológiai alkalmazásokhoz a Renishaw szkennelési technológiák teljes skáláját használja.
